The Sr. Revenue Analyst supports the design, performance monitoring, and optimization of AREA15's admissions product portfolio - experience passes, bundles, A15 Pass membership, and VIP programs. This role translates transaction data, demand patterns, and guest behavior into clear analytical inputs that inform pricing, packaging, and forecasting decisions across admissions revenue channels. Working in close partnership with the SVP of Revenue and Commercial Strategy, this manager builds and maintains the reporting infrastructure, demand models, and analytical frameworks that give leadership visibility into commercial performance and support data-driven product decisions.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Comfortable working in a creative, entrepreneurial start-up environment, introducing new concepts and innovations.
  • 6+ years of experience in revenue analytics, yield analysis, or data-driven pricing support within hospitality, entertainment, attractions, or gaming.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and running structured experiments (A/B or multivariate testing) on pricing, packaging, or promotional strategy, with the statistical rigor to draw sound conclusions.
  • Track record building executive-level reporting and dashboards that translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership.
  • Direct experience in the Las Vegas market — hospitality, gaming, live events, or entertainment — with working familiarity with the city's demand environment and Strip-driven visitation patterns.
  • Experience contributing to dynamic pricing and demand forecasting programs for admissions or ticketing products. Candidates who have actively built components of this discipline are preferred.
  • Experience with admissions pricing and packaging across a multi-product portfolio — a la carte tickets, experience bundles, pass programs, and VIP tiers.
  • Experience with recurring revenue or subscription economics — membership pass programs, season pass analytics, or loyalty program design in an attractions or hospitality context.
  • Hands-on fluency with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and comfort working directly in SQL or alongside analytics engineering partners.
  • Track record translating complex data into clear, decision-ready narratives for senior leadership.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work across marketing, technology, finance, and operations partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains KPI dashboards, demand calendars, and reporting cadences that give leadership consistent visibility into admissions performance across attraction passes, bundles, memberships, and VIP programs.
  • Translates admissions transaction data, conversion rates, attach rates, revenue per guest, and visit frequency into clear, decision-ready reporting for commercial leadership.
  • Leverages AREA15's existing analytics stack - Looker, Experience OS, and connected POS and e-commerce systems to maintain data quality, integrity, and timeliness across all reporting outputs.
  • Builds and refines demand forecasting models for admissions products, incorporating the Las Vegas events calendar, seasonality patterns, and historical transaction data.
  • Translates demand forecast trends into structured product inventory recommendations. Including capacity tiering, release windows, and blackout date guidance for review by commercial leadership.
  • Back-tests forecast accuracy against actuals and iterates methodology as new data and patterns emerge.
  • Provides analytical support for pricing and packaging decisions across the admissions product suite: passes, bundles, A15 Pass membership tiers, and VIP.
  • Designs and executes A/B pricing tests and bundle configuration experiments with clear hypotheses, control groups, and statistically sound read-outs.
  • Identifies bundle optimization opportunities through attach rate, conversion, and revenue-per-visitor analysis, surfacing findings and recommendations to leadership.
  • Apply segmentation practices to identify distinct guest cohorts based on admissions purchase behavior: pass type, bundle selection, visit frequency, and channel.
  • Surfaces insights that inform pass pricing strategy, bundle design, VIP targeting, and membership acquisition and retention programs.
  • Delivers analytical inputs to Marketing, Guest Experience, Finance, and Operations to support pass and bundle pricing strategy, brand positioning, and event programming decisions.
  • Partners with marketing, creative, e-commerce, and digital teams to provide funnel and conversion analytics that improve the pass and bundle purchase journey.
  • Translate analytical findings into decision-ready narratives for leadership, not just raw data or dashboards.
  • Embraces emerging technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency, innovation, and business results.
