About The Position

The Sr. Analyst – Capital Markets will play an integral role in all aspects of DLL’s US securitization activities. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of DLL’s outstanding ABS portfolio, and play an active and key role in the development and execution of new financing transactions. Working with the Manager, Securitization, the Sr. Analyst will ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all daily, monthly and periodic operational and reporting requirements, and support the continued growth of DLL’s securitization platforms through new deal execution and investor development activities. The Sr. Analyst will be a member of the U.S. Treasury team which is based in Wayne, PA, reporting to the VP, Securitization.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree in accounting, business administration, finance or quantitative discipline required.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in banking, equipment leasing and/or other financial services.
  • At least 2 years of corporate treasury or capital markets experience, with an understanding of securitization and securitization operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and deliver accurate results on a timely basis
  • Highly proficient with Excel and comfortable working with large data sets, cash flow modeling a plus
  • Knowledge of contract management and database systems, and related query tools a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ensure flawless execution in the ongoing operations of DLL’s US Securitization platforms, including all aspects of daily cash servicing, monthly investor reporting and ad hoc securitization-related requests
  • Develop, maintain and run models and reports to support timely and accurate production of performance data for use in ratings evaluation, transaction execution, investor development and program management
  • Working with Manager Securitization, support all aspects of new transaction execution including data preparation, bank and rating agency requests, and successful completion of required internal governance and transaction readiness steps
  • Work with internal and external Compliance, Audit and Finance teams, to complete periodic business, regulatory and audit requests, including the AUP audit process
  • Support on other projects as assigned and act as primary securitization liaison with internal and external stakeholders as applicable in any IT/systems build, development or update projects
  • Take actions to broaden the securitization knowledge base within DLL, including by attending bank/industry related calls and conferences
