The Senior Analyst, Activation Management will play a critical role in supporting and executing high-impact growth initiatives that materially contribute to LPL’s long-term success. This individual will partner closely with Growth Strategy leadership and cross-functional teams to turn strategy into action—leveraging data-driven insights, structured execution, and strong stakeholder engagement to drive results. This is a high-visibility role ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to operate as a “utility player” across multiple growth priorities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, data, engineering or the liberal arts
3-6 years of experience in program management, strategy, or wealth management in areas that highlight: growth strategy, data & analytics, process improvement or project management
3+ years’ experience in MS Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI)
3+ years’ experience in wealth management, with the ability to understand the needs of financial advisors
Thinks strategically but executes tactically
Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in dynamic environments
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Balances structured thinking with adaptability
Energized by working across teams to unlock growth
Able to take complex topics and make them easy to understand
Superior organizational skills

Responsibilities

Support and execute initiatives that have a material impact on LPL’s growth and retention objectives as well as supporting the ongoing execution of client facing incentive and reward programs
Develop success metrics that clearly communicate progress, risks, and impact against active strategy roadmaps and execution plans
Track and measure the performance of key growth levers to ensure continuous improvement
Lead data analysis and reporting for assigned growth initiatives as well as supporting incentive and reward program reporting
Create best-in-class dashboards, reports, and executive-ready materials
Develop scalable, repeatable reporting processes that elevate strategic decision-making
Clearly articulate complex ideas using structured thinking and compelling storytelling
Approach strategy with an entrepreneurial mindset, leveraging critical thinking to increase initiative effectiveness
Establish scalable processes that set a high bar for results and enable repeatable success
Flex across a wide range of projects, adapting quickly to evolving business priorities
Collaborate with high-impact leaders and teams across the organization to drive alignment on vision, strategy, and goals
