About The Position
SiTime is looking for a Senior Analog Design Engineer to join a talented analog design team developing advanced clock and timing products. This role focuses on designing high-performance CMOS circuit blocks for precision clocking applications. Requirements
- Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design
- Experience with CMOS and/or BiCMOS analog design
- Good understanding of integrated circuit design, device physics, and process technology
- Knowledge of analog circuit fundamentals, noise theory, and phase-noise concepts
- Familiarity with Cadence analog/mixed-signal simulation tools
- Understanding of analog/mixed-signal design flow, simulation methods, and design rules
- Hands-on experience with lab testing and characterization

Responsibilities
