Requirements

8+ years of experience in software development with C# .NET and Angular SPA frameworks.
Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership role mentoring engineers and driving exemplary software delivery practices.
Deep hands-on experience or strong background working with AI agentic systems and automated codebase tools.
Proven expertise in designing distributed software platforms, relational databases, and scalable, reliable multi-tenant applications.
Bachelor's degree in a software development related field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience implementing Domain Driven Design (DDD) in large-scale enterprise solutions.
Hands-on expertise with formal software design patterns and Azure SQL components.

Responsibilities

Drive the adoption of modern agentic workflows by engineering and maintaining specialized AI agents that optimize feature implementation and quality assurance.
Architect, build, and deploy robust full-stack software solutions using C# .NET and Angular for enterprise cloud platforms.
Spearhead innovative opportunities to seamlessly integrate artificial intelligence tools across every phase of the software development lifecycle.
Guide systemic design choices and mentor software engineers to promote technical excellence and scalable delivery practices.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams and Product Management to refine product requirements and deliver high-impact features.
