About The Position

Vanguard is seeking an experienced Senior AEM Cloud Architect / Technical Lead to lead the transformation of on-premises Adobe Experience Manager environments to AEM as a Cloud Service. This hands-on technical leadership role calls for proven AEM Cloud migration experience and deep expertise in enterprise-scale AEM implementations. The architect will design solutions, guide technical teams, and support migration while modernizing content management, digital asset management, and omnichannel content delivery capabilities. The role includes designing and implementing AEM templates, components, and OSGi services; developing HTL templates, Sling Models, custom OSGi configurations, servlets, and schedulers; and designing headless and omnichannel delivery using Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and GraphQL. The architect will also configure Cloud Manager pipelines and repository synchronization, optimize Dispatcher and CDN configurations, integrate AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud, support enterprise DAM implementations, and establish AI-assisted development workflows and team practices. Vanguard uses a hybrid working model for the majority of its crew members, combining flexibility with in-person learning, collaboration, and connection. Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
