About The Position

The Technical Project Manager leads complex technology initiatives that support commercial growth across the enterprise. This role converts business opportunities into governed, financially responsible, and executable AI initiatives; coordinates delivery across product, architecture, security, data, procurement, finance, and business teams. The role connects strategy to execution, influences technical decisions without owning every engineering team, and remains accountable for program health from intake through production adoption and value realization. The successful candidate brings strong project leadership, technical fluency, business judgment, and the ability to create alignment across diverse teams. The role is accountable for delivering high-value initiatives that improve how the organization identifies opportunities, serves customers, enables commercial decision-making, and scales growth.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5 or more years of experience leading complex technology projects or programs in a large, matrixed organization
  • 10 or more years of experience delivering projects involving multiple technology teams, business functions, vendors, and senior stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in software delivery, systems integration, data, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and technology operations
  • Travel up to 5% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional technology projects from initial concept through implementation, stabilization, and transition to ongoing support.
  • Maintain central project plan and communicate updates to Commercial Market Analytics, IT Leadership, and other stakeholders regularly.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, solution options, delivery plans, and decisions for technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, budgets, resource plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision logs.
  • Coordinate work across application, data, architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, vendor, and business teams.
  • Establish effective project governance, including status reporting, steering committee materials, stage gates, change control, and escalation paths.
  • Manage delivery through the full project lifecycle, including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, change adoption, and benefits realization.
  • Identify delivery risks early and drive timely mitigation, resolution, and executive escalation when needed.
  • Identify risks and opportunities to reallocate resources to improve delivery.
  • Facilitate working sessions and decision forums that bring clarity to complex or competing priorities.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, information security, data governance, legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.
  • Manage vendor and implementation-partner relationships, including deliverables, performance, dependencies, and commercial commitments.
  • Promote practical use of agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methods based on project needs.
  • Support portfolio prioritization by communicating investment requirements, delivery capacity, tradeoffs, and expected business value.
  • Lead retrospectives and apply lessons learned to improve project delivery practices across the organization.
