Utilizing your seasoned team building skills, the Sr Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist will utilize required experiences with an integrated performance management, schedule management, or subject matter expert focus. Essentially, you’ll lead a team in contract/program cost and schedule development and management/analysis for developing engineering programs for critical major components, or production or logistics programs for a large custom subsystems or small total systems. The scope of the programs will have a contract value typically at $20-50M per year, with total program value of $50-300M. You’ll lead the development of the program cost and/or schedule baselines within the contract parameters, the analysis of program performance (historical and predictive), the monitoring of the contract/program estimate at completion, and the review of results and recommendations to program teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience is required, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Advanced user in EVMS and scheduling tools and principles.
  • Experience in coordination of program requirements across planning stages with several subcontractors across distinct product lines.
  • Strong experience developing and managing integrated master schedules, work breakdown structures, program performance baselines, and time-phased budgets.
  • Knowledge of scheduling and cost-analysis principles, including critical path analysis, resource loading, schedule health checks, risk analysis, EACs, and earned value management (EVMS).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office—especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word—and experience with MS Project, Primavera, or comparable scheduling, financial, and EVMS tools.
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Exceptional experience with DCMA audits.
