About The Position

General Dynamics Mission Systems is hiring a Sr Advanced Master Scheduler for program performance management and earned value management (PPM/EVM). The role leads a team responsible for contract/program cost and/or schedule development, management, and analysis for engineering programs involving critical major components, or production or logistics programs involving large custom subsystems or small total systems. Programs typically have a contract value of $20–50 million per year and a total value of $50–300 million. The position leads development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters; analysis of historical and predictive program performance; monitoring of the contract/program estimate at completion; and review of results and recommendations with program teams. This is a PPM/EVM Master Scheduler role, not a project manager or PMP role. The position can be supported remotely, with proximity to a company hub in Massachusetts, Virginia, or Arizona considered ideal.
