About The Position

The Community Hospice has a rewarding opportunity for a full time Senior administrative assistant to join our support team at our inpatient unit located on the 5th floor at St Peters Hospital. This position works as part of a team supporting clinicians who admits and cares for inpatient hospice patients. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-changing environment, ability to work efficiently, easy to work with, and strong time management skills. Community Hospice provides a thorough orientation and a supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • Minimum of 3 years administrative assistant experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to work as a part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to change

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree preferred but not required
