About The Position

As a Sr Administrative Assistant at Honeywell, you will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and assisting with various organizational tasks to support executives and teams. You will report directly to the ES-ET CLW TS Director and work out of the Clearwater, Florida location on a hybrid work schedule. Your impact will be on the smooth functioning of daily operations, enabling leadership and teams to focus on strategic priorities and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements and generate expense reports.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and various spreadsheets.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external contacts to facilitate communication and workflow.
  • Update Org charts, send out new-hire and various Org announcements.
  • Other miscellaneous daily, weekly, monthly tasks.
  • Coordinate and support internal and customer luncheons.
  • Coordinate and support company or department related events.
