About The Position

The Sr Administrative Assistant - Temporary provides front-office reception support, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming and organized front office environment. This role also provides general administrative support to clients, managers and employees, and assists in daily office needs.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Greets visitors, clients, and team members with a welcoming and professional presence
  • Manages emails, deliveries and correspondence, routing them to the right people
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and inviting front office environment
  • Manages conference room scheduling and prepare spaces for meetings, and keep them neat and organized
  • Orders and maintains office supplies.
  • Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned.
