About The Position

This evergreen posting is designed to build a network of qualified candidates for current or future Investments administrative openings. While there may not be an immediate vacancy, we regularly hire into this role and review candidates as Investments business needs arise. This Sr. Administrative Assistant position would be supporting investment professionals within our T. Rowe Price Investments Division. Responsibilities include gatekeeping, calendar management, coordinating catered meetings, arranging travel (domestic and/or International), processing expense reports on a monthly basis, data gathering and input, and various ad hoc assignments. This is a fast-paced environment and being proactive, detailed oriented, and comfortable with problem solving is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 3+ years of total relevant work experience
  • Applicants for employment in US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States (e.g., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant work status).

  • Exercises moderate level of autonomy in troubleshooting issues as they arise and anticipates the needs of the person they support.
  • Work is generally fast-paced and moderately complex.
  • Opportunities to assist with special projects across multiple teams.
  • Compiles, reviews, and analyzes more complex data and keeps databases and SharePoint sites up to date.
  • Coordinates investment meetings, including logistics (reserving meeting site, catering, security notifications), collection and coordination of meeting materials, agenda creation.
  • May assist in the preparation of correspondences, memoranda, and reports, copying and filing and processing documentation of expenses and vouchers.
