Sr. Actuarial Analyst, Utilization Management Trend & Impact

This is an excellent opportunity for a data analyst to join a digital health company. The role involves working closely with various teams to produce client-facing reports that demonstrate the impact and effectiveness of Cohere's clinical programs. • Quickly understand Cohere’s products, services, and clinical programs and how they intersect with healthcare providers' workflow and patients' care journey.
• Design and execute actuarial models and generate client-facing deliverables.
• Leverage data from various sources to analyze and simulate expected impact and ROI for proposed clinical programs and interventions.
• Monitor utilization and spending trends, including forecasting and benchmark setting.
• Address internal and external stakeholders' investigatory and exploratory trend and impact analyses.
• Present utilization management trend and impact models and insights to internal and external stakeholders regularly.
• Coordinate analytics activities across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality, on-time results.

• Quick understanding of Cohere's products, services, and clinical programs
• Ability to design and execute actuarial models and generate client-facing deliverables
• Proficiency in leveraging data from various sources for analysis and simulation
• Experience in utilization and spending trend monitoring, including forecasting and benchmark setting
• Strong skills in investigatory and exploratory trend and impact analyses
