About The Position

The Sr. Accounting Analyst handles complex tasks involving strategic analysis and a broad scope of responsibilities. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 4 years of related experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking.

Additional certifications, such as CPA or CMA.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Advise and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support.
Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast and analyze financial performance.
Participate in strategic planning activities and offer insights and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes with detailed analysis and insights.
Prepare audit documentation and respond to audit inquiries.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
