Requirements

• BS Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years experience in a technology company, with a fast moving environment.
• Accounting and Payroll experience required.
• Excellent skills using NetSuite.
• Familiar with Expensify, Paylocity, or similar platforms or tools.
• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
• High standard of work ethic

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in month end close, including customer invoicing, revenue recognition, prepaids and accruals
• Responsible for balance sheet and income statement accounts reconciliation
• Process payroll and book general entries for US and foreign subsidiaries
• Work closely with HR on benefit & compensations
• Take ownership of full cycle of subsidiary accounting
• Participate in the annual financial audit & corp. tax filing. tax filing
• Ad hoc projects as needed
