About The Position

This role leads, directs, and manages operations for an account to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at or above the client's standards. The position aims to maximize profitability through superior service, effective and prompt communications, and follow-up on all pending matters. It involves planning and monitoring daily staffing schedules, managing revenue and expenses to budget constraints, and training, developing, and motivating employees. The role also manages the financial aspects of the department, including purchasing, budget preparation and review, financial reporting, and expense monitoring. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web based and job specific software applications.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate (verbally and intuitively) effectively with both clients and internal personnel.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition; handling stress in a manner that is acceptable to others and the organization.
  • High school diploma or GED Required
  • Minimum seven years related experience required
  • Minimum six years industry experience required
  • Minimum five years supervisory experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize profitability through superior service, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters.
  • Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules and adjust accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.
  • Manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints.
  • Trains, develops and motivates employees to peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilities.
  • Manages the financial aspects of the department (purchasing, budget preparation and review, financial reporting and monitoring expenses).
  • Other duties as assigned.
