This individual will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries related to products, services, and billing, while proactively resolving any issues. The role includes a variety of administrative duties, such as waste profiling, setting up product services in the system, and generating work orders for service requests. Additionally, the position involves identifying and selling additional products and services to high-volume and high-value accounts. This position requires 50-75% travel.
