About The Position

The Senior Account Manager is the hub of it all: the connector, the driver, and the one who keeps both clients and internal teams moving in sync. You will own your accounts end-to-end, from the day-to-day details to the bigger-picture strategy, bringing clarity to complexity and momentum to every project. You’re as comfortable building strong client relationships as you are navigating internal workflows, spotting opportunities, and pushing the work forward. We're looking for someone to not only manage accounts, but lead them. Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, multi-channel accounts with minimal Director/Executive oversight
  • Develop Sr. Level client relationships and build trust
  • Identify organic growth opportunities by understanding the client’s industry and business challenges
  • Partner with other departments and colleagues at various levels inside of the agency to develop strategies and foster deeper collaboration
  • Fully own account-level financial health, including forecasting and scope management, for multiple accounts
  • Provide mentorship to Account Coordinators/Account Managers
  • Aid in new business pitch efforts, operationally and via client presentations
  • Suggest process improvements based on mastery of internal agency dynamics
