Acrisure is seeking a Senior Account Manager to serve as a strategic partner for key clients within our Claims Solutions practice. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and partnering with internal claims leadership to support successful implementations, operational performance, and long-term account retention. The Senior Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, working closely with claims teams, operations leaders, and executive stakeholders to understand business objectives, resolve complex service needs, and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience. This position requires deep claims industry knowledge, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to confidently communicate with clients at all levels of an organization.
