About The Position

As a Sr Account Manager in our Corporate Functions team, you will become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive. This role involves leading and driving targeted activities supporting the development of Tier1 / Hyperscale / Cloud OEM accounts, working closely with internal and external stakeholders for key AI / Datacenter Verticals. You will develop and foster key business & engineering professionals to drive forward key AI Technology, and gain a comprehensive understanding of Infineon’s portfolio & technology to drive long-term alignment with strategic partners. You will develop relationships within Infineon product groups, service organizations and headquarters, staying current on Infineon’s product offering. Understanding customer systems and requirements is crucial to enable Infineon system solutions and value proposition to meet customer needs. You will own operational aspects of business, taking new customer NPI programs to revenue, inclusive of contract management & value chain complexities. Executing and growing new revenue generating business opportunities, maintaining a sales pipeline & driving monthly forecasts to support internal operational planning are key. You will manage the customer design cycles from beginning to end, including NDAs, pricing, engineering & customer EOL management.

Requirements

  • BS Engineering or MBA
  • 5+ years, with general understanding of Semiconductor Manufacturing or industry experience in Semiconductors
  • English Speaking required
  • Customer facing experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Mandarin as 1st or 2nd language helpful
  • Supply Chain, Quality / NPI Material Management experience is preferred

Responsibilities
