About The Position

In partnership with Felix, our client is seeking an experienced and talented individual to join their Canadian sales team. The ideal candidate is an inspirational sales professional who can thrive in a high impact, high-autonomy role while owning a large territory selling into top financial institutions. This role offers more than a quota, it provides real influence, growth, and exposure. You’ll own an enterprise financial services territory end to end while partnering closely with leadership in a fast-growing, agile company that values your expertise in data, technology, and relationships. Your ideas will directly shape go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and overall impact, giving you a true seat at the table. Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, selling into large financial institutions.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing complex, six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizations and influence executive stakeholders.
  • A passion for getting on the road—you’re energized by client meetings and field travel.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and a consultative approach to sales
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, high-responsibility environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; effectively prioritize and manage multiple demands positively.
  • Possess strong customer service skills; promotes quality customer service.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking skills.
  • High professional standards for integrity, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Must be able to travel throughout Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle enterprise sales across a portfolio of high-value financial institutions—including banks, large credit unions, and auto finance companies.
  • Prospect, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
  • Tailor account-based sales plans that result in consistent pipeline growth and bookings.
  • Earn the trust of senior executives by deeply understanding their business challenges and presenting compelling solutions.
  • Deliver product demos, proposals, and business cases that clearly communicate value and ROI.
  • Partner closely with marketing, and product teams to align customer needs with the clients capabilities.
  • Be a road warrior—travel to customer sites, industry events, and executive meetings to build face-to-face relationships and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Represent our client at conferences and field events to elevate brand awareness and pipeline activity.
