About The Position

Nomis Solutions is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their sales team. This role is for a natural relationship builder and proven hunter who thrives in complex sales cycles with enterprise buyers. The individual will be passionate about solving customer problems, driven to hit quota, and eager to make their mark. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role with the opportunity to own a large territory and sell into top financial institutions. The role involves working closely with product and technical teams to bring strategic solutions to market and will play a vital role in helping Nomis grow.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into large financial institutions.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing complex, six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizations and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, high-responsibility environment.
  • A passion for getting on the road—you’re energized by client meetings and field travel.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and a consultative approach to sales.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Enterprise Growth: Own full-cycle enterprise sales across a portfolio of high-value financial institutions—including banks, large credit unions, and auto finance companies.
  • Prospect, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
  • Tailor account-based sales plans that result in consistent pipeline growth and bookings.
  • Build Trust and Win Deals: Earn the trust of senior executives by deeply understanding their business challenges and presenting compelling solutions.
  • Deliver product demos, proposals, and business cases that clearly communicate value and ROI.
  • Partner closely with marketing, and product teams to align customer needs with Nomis capabilities.
  • Own the Territory: Be a road warrior—travel to customer sites, industry events, and executive meetings to build face-to-face relationships and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Represent Nomis at conferences and field events to elevate brand awareness and pipeline activity.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Serve as the strategic voice of the customer internally—sharing insights with product, marketing, and leadership.
  • Engage regularly with internal teams to shape deals, overcome barriers, and move opportunities to close.
