This position involves teaching private and group squash lessons while adhering to department programming brand standards and SOPs. The instructor is expected to grow their book of business and revenue to meet and exceed personal financial goals. A key aspect of the role is demonstrating member-centric customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals. Approximately 80% of working time should be spent in on-court instruction, where the instructor will monitor, demonstrate, and teach proper techniques, tactics, and strategies to improve students' overall squash game. The role also includes developing safe, professional, and comprehensive squash lessons and programs to ensure student development and a positive Net Promoter Score. Instructors are responsible for creating exceptional member experiences through programs, tournaments, and special events, utilizing marketing support, and ensuring squash courts and equipment are clean and organized. Administrative duties include proper registration and billing for students and programs, booking lessons in Life Time's scheduling software, and following company SOPs. The instructor will also participate in system-wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors and Member Activities to integrate Squash into the Life Time brand, and attend department and 'all club' meetings.
