About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Developer to join our team and help us enhance our data management and analysis capabilities. As a SQL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our databases and data systems. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of our data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL and database design principles
• Experience with database management systems (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle)
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of healthcare data and regulations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain databases and data systems using SQL
• Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data
• Develop and implement data validation and quality control procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements
• Create and maintain technical documentation for database systems
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in database technologies
• Ensure data security and compliance with data privacy regulations
