About The Position

We are seeking a talented SQL Developer to join our growing team. The SQL Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our SQL databases and data warehouses. This role will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of our data systems, which are essential to our operations and decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Strong understanding of SQL and database design principles
• Experience with ETL processes and tools
• Proficiency in data modeling and database performance tuning
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with healthcare data and regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases and data warehouses
• Create and optimize SQL queries to extract data from various sources
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow
• Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop solutions
• Monitor and maintain data integrity and security
• Develop and maintain documentation for database and ETL processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database development and management
