About The Position

This role focuses on Software Quality Assurance (SQA) with an emphasis on manual testing. The individual will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and executing test plans, test cases, and scenarios for healthcare applications. A key aspect of the role is ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations like HIPAA, CMS, FHIR, HL7, and ICD-10. The position involves various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and Clinical SMEs is crucial for understanding business workflows and validating requirements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience.
  • Experience testing enterprise web applications built on Angular and .NET technologies.
  • Strong experience performing both manual and automated testing.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on performance testing experience.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and execute comprehensive manual test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
  • Validate healthcare applications, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations such as HIPAA, CMS, FHIR, HL7, and ICD-10 where applicable.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and Clinical SMEs to understand business workflows and validate healthcare requirements.
