About The Position

This role focuses on manual software quality assurance, specifically for healthcare applications. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and performing various types of testing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to understanding requirements and validating application functionality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience.
• Experience testing enterprise web applications built on Angular and .NET technologies.
• Strong experience performing both manual and automated testing.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on performance testing experience.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Functional Testing Skills: Test Planning & Test Strategy, Regression Testing, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing Support, Defect Lifecycle Management, Root Cause Analysis.

Nice To Haves

• Performance Testing Skills: JMeter, LoadRunner, API Testing, Postman, REST Assured, Swagger/OpenAPI, JSON/XML Validation, FHIR API Testing, Database Testing, Microsoft SQL Server Stored Procedures Verification, Data Validation, Backend Data Testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and execute comprehensive manual test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
• Validate healthcare applications, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations such as HIPAA, CMS, FHIR, HL7, and ICD-10 where applicable.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and Clinical SMEs to understand business workflows and validate healthcare requirements.
