About The Position

The SQA Automation Engineer designs, develops, and maintains automated tests for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. The role works with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and establish comprehensive test coverage, identifies and tracks defects with developers, and contributes to test automation frameworks and tools. It also analyzes test results and reports actionable insights, participates in test planning and process improvement, and integrates automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance focused on test automation.
Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or a comparable language.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and integrating automated tests into DevOps pipelines.
Strong analytical and debugging skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with performance or load testing tools.
Familiarity with agile development practices.
