Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a technician, preferably with Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans
  • Strong knowledge of Ford, Dodge, GM models and systems
  • Ford E-Series and Transit, Ram ProMaster, or Chevrolet Express
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicles
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify and diagnose complex problems
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Sprinter models, systems, and technologies
  • Utilize manufacturer-specific tools, equipment, and software to perform repairs and maintenance
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors and other technicians to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed, including repair orders and inspection reports
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with manufacturer updates and industry advancements
  • Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment
