Proficiency in computer skills is required to operate automated spray machines like Precision Coat and Parylene Coating Machines. The role also entails reading and interpreting Manufacturing Travelers and drawings specific to customer assemblies. Use of microscopes and magnifying glasses may be required. The job holder must be able to tolerate the smell of coatings and thinners. Working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, both independently and as part of a group, is expected. Good manual dexterity and the ability to work with fine tools such as Xacto knives, paint brushes, tweezers, orange sticks, and micrometers are essential.
