About The Position

This is an evergreen posting for a Spray Dryer Operator at the Indianapolis facility. As operations grow, the company regularly hires for B shifts throughout the year. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis, and qualified candidates will be contacted when a suitable opportunity becomes available. The role involves operating and monitoring the spray dryer process and associated production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Responsibilities include monitoring feed quality, maintaining product specifications, completing production documentation, performing routine equipment inspections, and identifying opportunities to improve operational performance. The operator will work closely with their team and supervisor to drive continuous improvement and ensure customer quality requirements are met.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of production operator experience in a manufacturing environment operating automated equipment
  • Ability to operate spray dryers and related production equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  • Ability to monitor and document production processes accurately
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment inspections
  • Willingness to learn process chemistry and production systems
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule
  • Must be authorized to work independently in the country where the position is based. Employer sponsorship is not available.
