About The Position

SC2 is hiring a full-time spotter/jockey driver for its warehouse department. The role involves moving full or empty trailers around the shipping lot and to and from dock doors safely and efficiently. This is a second-shift position in Mattoon, Illinois. Prior spotter/jockey training or over-the-road driving experience is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. The position requires mandatory overtime and physical activity throughout an 8- or 10-hour workday.

Requirements

• Attendance is essential.
• Prior spotter/jockey training or over-the-road driving experience is required.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Able to sit, bend, climb, and lift for 8 or 10 hours per day.
• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• Mandatory overtime.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• 0–1 year of general work experience.
