Spot Welder (2nd shift)

In this role, you will operate resistance spot welding equipment to assemble metal components according to engineering specifications and quality standards. You will play a key role in producing high-quality parts while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Previous spot welding or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions.
- Experience using measuring devices such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Operate resistance spot welding equipment to join sheet metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production travelers.
- Load, position, and align parts using fixtures and jigs.
- Verify weld quality through visual inspections and measurement tools.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow standard work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Assist with other manufacturing duties as assigned.
