About The Position

Reporting to the Sportsbook Manager, you will be the face of the retail operation, providing a high level of customer service to both regulars and novice bettors to ensure everyone feels welcome. As an expert in the menu of sports betting options, you will advise and answer customer questions to help them make informed, responsible decisions with their sports wagering.
