About The Position
William Hill U.S., a leading sports book provider, is seeking individuals who enjoy interacting with the public and thrive in a fast-paced environment for their sportsbook. Reporting to the Sportsbook Manager, the Sportsbook Ticket Writer will be the face of the retail operation, providing excellent customer service to all patrons. The role involves advising customers on sports betting options, answering questions, and ensuring informed and responsible wagering decisions.

Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service to both regulars and novice bettors.
- Ensure all customers feel welcome at the sportsbook.
- Act as an expert on the menu of sports betting options.
- Advise and answer customer questions to help them make informed, responsible decisions with their sports wagering.
