About The Position
William Hill U.S., America's leading sports book provider, has immediate openings at its sportsbook. This role reports to the Sportsbook Manager and serves as the face of the retail operation. The ideal candidate will provide a high level of customer service to both regulars and novice bettors, ensuring everyone feels welcome. As an expert in sports betting options, the ticket writer will advise and answer customer questions to help them make informed, responsible decisions with their sports wagering.
