About The Position

Reporting to the District Manager, the Sportsbook Supervisor is the face of the retail operation. They will provide a high level of customer service to both regulars and novice bettors, ensuring everyone feels welcome. As an expert in the menu of sports betting options, the supervisor will advise and answer customer questions to help them make informed, responsible decisions with their sports wagering.
