This is a full-time position that requires travel to different locations to verify funds on property and cover various roles, shifts, and locations within a 25-mile radius. The role involves accurately processing race and sports wagers on the POS system and kiosk, becoming familiar with betting options, and engaging with customers about them. A key aspect of the job is providing top-tier customer service and adhering to all company and government regulations. The position also includes managing sports betting equipment, assisting with day-to-day sportsbook operations such as scheduling, training, and mentoring staff, and fostering a high-performance, compliant, and family-style service environment. The individual will be a positive team member, working collaboratively with others and leadership, and performing additional duties as assigned.
