About The Position
William Hill U.S., a leading sports book provider, has immediate openings for a Sportsbook Supervisor. This role involves interacting with the public in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Sportsbook Manager, the supervisor will be the face of the retail operation, providing excellent customer service to all patrons. The supervisor will also act as an expert on the sports betting menu, advising and answering customer questions to promote informed and responsible wagering.
