About The Position

ISlide, Inc. is seeking a creative, dedicated, organized, and high-energy intern to support its sports licensing work. The role offers hands-on business experience in a driven and fun environment focused on custom premium footwear. The intern will support key account relationships and orders, work with the design team on licensed designs, analyze sales and royalties, research licensing trends, help execute product collections, and prepare sales materials for key accounts. The position is unpaid and requires at least 20 hours per week, scheduled around the student's school schedule.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in a sports management, business, marketing, or relevant program.
• Have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have an interest in sports, footwear, and business.
• Understand the basics of Microsoft Office.
• Be available to work 20 or more hours per week based on the student's school schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support management of key account relationships and orders by maintaining accurate customer account information.
• Collaborate with the design team to obtain approval of new license designs for key accounts.
• Create, analyze, and present periodic account-performance sales reports and report royalties for all licenses.
• Identify potential business initiatives and improvements aligned with company and sales objectives.
• Research and identify licensing trends for current and potential licenses, including MLB, NHL, NBA, and NCAA.
• Assist with executing new product collections for Fanatics and the ISlide website.
• Create product decks to pitch to key accounts.
• Take initiative through personal outreach and work through the entire sales cycle.
