About The Position

Polymarket is seeking a Sports Creator Manager to join its Growth team. This role will focus on managing and growing the capper network, which consists of approximately 100 pick-focused sports creators who drive significant depositor volume to the platform. The primary goal is to expand this network and optimize it to consistently contribute 10% of new depositors weekly. This involves identifying and recruiting creators, ensuring their onboarding and compliance, and verifying that their content effectively converts. The role requires a deep understanding of the fast-paced sports calendar and the ability to manage a high volume of partners effectively.

Requirements

1–3 years of hands-on experience managing an influencer or affiliate program, including recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing partner management.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of relationships simultaneously without quality dropping.
Real familiarity with sports betting content, picks culture, and online communities (Reddit, X, YouTube, TikTok, Discord).
Comfort reading and acting on performance data (depositor counts, click-through rates, conversion by creator).
Strong written communication skills.
An existing network of sports creators or picks-focused influencers.

Nice To Haves

Background in performance or affiliate marketing analytics, including experience with tracking platforms and attribution tools.
Experience writing or reviewing compliant promotional scripts for regulated or semi-regulated content categories.

Responsibilities

Prospect, vet, and recruit new pick-focused sports creators to expand the capper network.
Own day-to-day communication with affiliate partners, including answering questions, sharing assets, and keeping creators active.
Enforce compliance standards consistently across the network by reviewing content and managing partners who fall out of line.
Track creator-level traffic and depositor data weekly to identify top performers, underperformers, and gaps.
Write compliant scripts and video concepts for creators to promote Polymarket.
Run outreach campaigns targeting specific sports communities, betting forums, and social platforms.
Report on program performance to the Growth team and provide recommendations for investment and optimization.
