About The Position

DSST Elevate NE Middle School is seeking a Sports Coach for the 26-27 school year. This is a seasonal, fixed-term, temporary, benefits-in-eligible, in-person position. The role involves modeling school core values, reinforcing guiding philosophy, rules, and school spirit, and fostering a positive and inclusive team environment. Coaches will design and implement comprehensive training programs, conduct regular training sessions focusing on technique, strength, endurance, and skill development, and organize and oversee team practices, competitions, and events. All coaches must be willing and able to be trained and approved to drive activity buses.
