About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Bartender for our Sports Bar, Bonnie and Clyde's.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high volume hotel bar or full service restaurant
• Knowledge of a wide range of beverages, including craft beers, cocktails, and spirits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Valid TABC and Food Handlers certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Engage with guests, providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
