The Bartender is responsible for developing and maintaining a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal and external guest service by all team members. This role involves preparing drinks accurately for guests at the bar and beverage servers, ensuring alcohol is served according to company policy, and maintaining inventory levels through ordering and restocking. The Bartender also maintains a clean and organized bar, follows company policies regarding revenue handling, and ensures the safety and security of team members and guests. Daily maintenance of bar equipment and POS systems is required, along with adherence to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures. Knowledge of all promotions and events is essential, along with performing other duties as assigned.
