Requirements

Minimum 2+ years on a sponsored card through an approved plumbing apprenticeship program
Hands-on knowledge of residential plumbing systems, tools, and materials
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow direction and work alongside experienced plumbers
Good communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in residential environments and confined spaces
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to successfully complete our hiring process, including background checks, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Experience with tablets or mobile dispatch software is a plus

Responsibilities

Work alongside Licensed Plumbers on residential service calls
Assist with diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems
Help install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and other plumbing equipment
Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance under proper supervision
Learn troubleshooting techniques, plumbing codes, and safe work practices
Keep tools, equipment, and company vehicles clean and organized
Provide professional and courteous service in customers’ homes
Participate in ongoing training and hands-on learning
