Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Sponsor Benefit Coordinator is responsible for sponsorship related activities across the Constituent Relationship Team (Fund Development, Communications, and Volunteer Services). With inter-departmental roles and responsibilities, this person will manage and fulfill sponsor benefits, coordinate all internal stakeholders, improve processes, and strengthen relationships.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Some experience with design programs (like InDesign or Canva) is required.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, with experience with Meta Business Suite preferred.
  • Basic graphic design skills and understanding of brand guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and with diverse constituents.
  • Enjoyment in creating relationships with a diverse group of constituents and maintaining them to a high standard of excellence.
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for the mission of AAHH.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience with a CMS (constituent management system) helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all sponsor benefits are met including but not limited to signage, social media, photography, acknowledgements, and invitations.
  • Collaborate with Volunteer Services to facilitate volunteer work days for sponsors.
  • Schedule monthly cross-departmental Match Team Meeting.
  • Maintain stewardship schedules, records, and reports of house sponsors.
  • Schedule and support kick-off and debrief meetings for sponsored house builds.
  • Monitor and ensure relationship touch points are being met.
  • Prepare and send e-newsletter updates to sponsors 6x/year.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.
