North Alabama Bone and Joint Clinic (NABJC) is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon to join their established and thriving private orthopedic practice in Florence, Alabama. NABJC is a trusted leader in orthopedic care, offering both surgical and non-surgical treatment options across North Alabama. They pride themselves on providing patient-centered care through a collaborative, high-performing team. The clinic has been established for over 40 years, has a team of 9 physicians (8 orthopedic surgeons), and two clinic locations in Florence and Muscle Shoals, AL. They offer on-site rehab and MRI for integrated care and utilize the ModMed EMR system. There is a strong emphasis on work-life balance, autonomy, and financial success.

Requirements

BC/BE in Orthopaedic Surgery
Fellowship in Orthopaedic Spine Surgery
Excellent communication skills
Patient focused, collaborative, team player
Eligible for or holding a valid Alabama medical license.

Responsibilities
