About The Position

North Alabama Bone and Joint Clinic (NABJC) is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon to join our established and thriving private orthopedic practice in Florence, Alabama. NABJC is a trusted leader in orthopedic care, offering both surgical and non-surgical treatment options across North Alabama. We are proud to provide patient-centered care through a collaborative, high-performing team. We are an established private practice with over 40 years of service, a team of 9 Physicians, including 8 orthopedic surgeons, and two clinic locations: Florence and Muscle Shoals, AL. We offer on-site rehab and MRI for streamlined, integrated care and utilize the ModMed EMR system for modern clinical efficiency. We have a strong emphasis on work-life balance, autonomy, and financial success.

Requirements

BC/BE in Orthopaedic Surgery with fellowship in Orthopaedic Spine Surgery (will consider Neuro Spine).
Excellent communication skills.
Patient focused, collaborative, team player.
Eligible for or holding a valid Alabama medical license.
