Spin Instructor

CycleBar--Long Beach•Long Beach, CA

About The Position

CycleBar instructors lead motivating, energetic, authentic, and enthusiastic indoor cycling classes. They need knowledge of indoor cycling fundamentals and safety and the ability to deliver an effective cardio-driven workout. CycleBar values diversity and inclusivity, and expects its instructor team to reflect those values. Instructors create a fresh playlist for each class and submit it through ClubReady before class. They arrive at least 30 minutes early to prepare equipment and technology and assist riders, and remain 10–20 minutes after class to engage with riders, assist with sales, put away equipment, and prepare the space for the next instructor. They teach CycleBar-formatted rides using CycleBar methodology, make studio announcements, maintain studio equipment and spaces, support CBX and management, and contribute to studio marketing and the instructor team.
